Screen printing is limited to spot colour printing only. This means that if your logo has half tones or drop shadows these must be separated and treated as individual spot colours

For shading (or vignettes to be technical) these can only be done using a dot screen.  These dots are coarse, like the example shown; however in some cases we can achieve a finer dot so talk to us to about how best to achieve this.

Original vector based art with all fonts converted to paths and all links embedded is always best. All artwork is to be supplied as spot colour with no half tones. If half tones in artwork these need to be converted to individual spot colour. Mac Illustrator 11 eps or Freehand 11 eps. An earlier version is OK.

For Corel Draw files, provide as .cdr file with all fonts converted to paths and all links embedded

No .tiff, .bmp, .gif, or .jpeg files as these are not vector based art and do not reproduce to the quality you would expect.

If art work is not supplied complete and / or requires manipulation eg adding or changing colours or type setting. There will be additional charges.

Pricing can only be confirmed once we have been supplied final art and know what item is being printed.

As there is no true magenta or cyan in kiln fired printing you must be aware that it is not always possible to accurately reproduce specific colours. In view of this there may be some colour variation to the original art work.

The above prices do not allow for colours derived from precious metals, this may include and is not limited to some purple, magenta, maroon and pink colours and also real gold and silver (platinum), where a surcharge will apply.
